An unethical practice that's not dead yet

In this article about redlining, which is the discriminatory practice of insurance companies in restricting the availability of insurance to people in certain geographic areas, Wayne State's College of Urban, Labor and Metropolitan Affairs was acknowledged for research conducted in 2004. The study revealed that people in Detroit paid significantly more for insurance than those in the suburbs.
